是日拍拖週年記念，去一間對我意義重大的酒店餐廳 =]



island gourmet 嚴格來說不算是一家餐廳
說是餅店+輕食比較適合，但有提供afternoon tea
還有chocolate & berry / traditional 兩款選擇

是次選擇 traditional =]
其實以luxury hotel檔次，island gourmet 的欠誠意也欠新意
一早預料到，我是來吃感情的。



三層層架裡我只期待這件 frou frou - signature dark chocolate cake w crispy biscuit
以前開心會食，唔開心會食，肚餓更加會食...
暫時仍未有其他一件cake可以取代它在我心中的地位呢。

其他的已經不值一提 =p
caramel macaroon, shortbread cookies, etc.



而底層不只不值一提，是不知所謂...想營造「大件夾抵食」的形象?
堆到碟外去了，很不美觀，終究我覺得afternoon tea也是一種visual art啊。



而另一邊鬼祟的放兩小件雞撻...笑了 =]



說到底除frou frou以外最好的還是兩壺荼，fresh mint leaves & apple
